3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Actual site conditions and measurements
• Material selections and availability
• Scope changes requested by the client
• Unforeseen complications or structural issues

We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project contract. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 30-50%) is required before work begins
• Progress payments may be required for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the contract

5. Project Timeline

We strive to complete all projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, material availability, client-requested changes, or unforeseen structural issues. We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope and requirements
• Ensure access to the property during agreed working hours
• Remove or protect valuable items from the work area
• Make timely decisions on materials and design choices
• Provide timely payment according to the agreed schedule
• Notify us immediately of any concerns or issues

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer the following warranties:

• Workmanship warranty: 12 months from project completion
• Material warranties: As provided by manufacturers
• Structural work: As required by South African building regulations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies will be specified in your project contract. Generally:

• Cancellations before work begins: Deposit may be partially refundable minus administrative costs
• Cancellations after work begins: Payment for completed work and materials purchased is required
• We reserve the right to cancel projects with appropriate notice and full refund of payments made

9. Liability and Insurance

RenovaCraft Interiors is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. Our liability is limited to the value of the services provided. We are not responsible for damage to property caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own property insurance.

10. Intellectual Property

All design concepts, plans, and materials created by RenovaCraft Interiors remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other projects without our written consent.

11. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph completed projects for marketing purposes. If you prefer your project not be photographed or used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before the project begins.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
